Feedback Form

Does this meet your Learning Requirements popup

As part of our compliance certain videos need to have a pop up near the end asking if the current video met a viewers Learning Requirements. This feedback is collated in a web form and can be downloaded to sent on the relevant parties.

The form appears towards the end of the video and appears approximately 90% of the way through. It doesn't appear at the end of a video as some of our videos contain long credits.

Users do have the option to skip this feedback form.

How to display the form?

Depending on the region you're in, getting the form to appear works differently. The following sections explain how this works.

UK

For the UK region the form is automatically set for all Structured videos. No configuration or set up is required, it just works.

Insure TV

For the Insure TV site, the form has to be manually enabled as there isn't a one size fits all solution like on the UK where is shows on all structured videos.

You do this by editing the video which needs it and going to Elements > Feedback Form.

Here there is checkbox you can toggle to enable or disable it.

On all the websites/regions the form you need which contains these submissions is called: Structured Learning Feedback.
