Bloomberg PDF

Bloomberg PDFs are required when uploading a video to the Bloomberg Terminal. You'll find each of our regions (mainly UK, US, and Canada) has a slightly different template for the PDF, so be sure to pick the correct one.

Before you can create/download a Bloomberg PDF you need to have created a video record. If you haven't done this already, follow this guide: Creating a video record.

Don't forget to add the Bloomberg Player

You won't be able to create the Bloomberg PDF without first adding the Bloomberg player to the video record. If you're sure how to do this, you can follow this guide.

Generating a Bloomberg PDF

To generate the Bloomberg PDF you need to edit the video record you want it for.

One of the tabs near the top says Bloomberg PDF, click this one.

Next, select the region template from the Select Variant drop down.

You can also adjust the content here, please note this is in plain text format and doesn't support html.

Finally select Create or refresh PDF.

Review the document preview that appears. You can download the PDF to your computer, or make amendments to the content and click Create or refresh PDF again to apply content changes to the preview.
