Checking a Users CPD Profile

You can view a users CPD profile by going to the People menu in the admin. You can then filter the list by email, using your user's email address to find their account.

Click edit for the user and select CPD Profile from the tab options at the top.

This will show you the User's CPD profile as they see it. You can use this feature to check their CPD to investigate discrepancies, or to ensure upload CPD has been added to their profile.

Masquerading as a User

If you need to check something other than a viewers CPD Statement information, you can use the Masquerade tool.

You'll find this by going to your User Menu in the top right of the header.

Clicking the link for the Masquerade Tool will take you it's page.

From here you type in the email address of the user you want to masquerade and select it when it shows in the autocomplete drop down.

Once you're masquerading, check anything you need to.

When you are finished masquerading, you go back to the user menu and click the Masquerade Tool again. When the page loads you'll be able Switch Back to your profile.

Redirected to another page

If you are masquerading as a user with admin privileges you might find you're redirected to the admin content page.
