Instructions for Admins

Once a user has uploaded their video(s) you will need to review and publish it.

Administering Supplied Media

After the uploads have completed and Media Manager has finished processing the videos, they will appear on the Supplied Media page in the admin (Admin > Content > Supplied Media).

Supplied Media Tab

All the videos will be unpublished and need all the details checking/updating. Once a video has a Channel attached to it, it'll appear in the normal content view.

Info

It can take up to an hour for videos to show in Supplied Media.

Supplied Media List

From here, it's like editing a video as normal, just check to make sure all the required fields are complete and correct.

Supplied Media in the Content List

You can also view Supplied Media in the normal content list. There is an option to filter via supplied media. This might be a more comfortable way of doing it.

Media Manager

Once a user uploaded their video(s) they will be accessible on Media Manager 3 for you.

MM3 Supplied Media

All videos added to Media Manager 3 via Supplied Media (from all platforms) will have the tag 'Supplied Media' added to them. This is how you can differentiate between videos uploaded directly to Media Manager and those uploaded via Supplied Media.
