Registration confirmation email

This email confirms you are registered for the event and will receive an email with the live links 15 minutes before the event starts.

The confirmation email is active by default when you create a Live event. To deactivate it you will need to navigate to the event’s webfrom, (Content > Webforms).

Using the ‘build’ dropdown select Settings. On the settings page select the Emails / Handlers option.

Using the Operations column, disable the Email handler that appears here:

To edit the contents of the confirmation email select Edit from the Operations dropdown menu. In the sidebar that opens, scroll down to Message > Body and edit as required. If you are not familiar or comfortable editing the coded parts of the message, please seek advice from the Webteam.

Attach a video record

When creating a Live Event Registration page you will need to create and link a video record. If there is no video linked to the registration page the URL in the iCal users receive will not include the token login.
