Live Event Branding

Use this guide to find out the basic requirements for graphics when creating a Live Event.

Live Event Banner

Displayed at the top of the Live Event Registration page.

  • Size: 1248 x 252 px
  • Accepted file types: JPG or PNG
  • Maximum file size: 512kb

Live Event Thumbnail

Displayed in the Upcoming Live Events widget on channel pages (only those that have upcoming live events). Is also used for the Events Page (Asia, Europe, Insure TV, South Africa, UK).

On the Events page, if you add a thumbnail to the Featured Item Queue entry, it will override the one attached to the Live Event Registration allowing you to have different ones in different places.

  • Size: 900 x 507px (note you can use a normal video thumbnail, but try not to add anything beyond 1920 x 1080 px)
  • Accepted file types: JPG or PNG
  • Maximum file size: 512kb

Leaderboard

Use a leaderboard banner to display any sponsorship. This is displayed below the main banner and above the description/registration form.

  • Size: 1184 x 111 px
  • Accepted file types: JPG or PNG
  • Maximum file size: 512kb
