Viewing Registrants

Viewing registrants for a Live Event can be done from the Video record or the Live Event Registration entity.

To view it from the video record, edit the video and go to the Live Event tab. The bottom section of this tab will contain all the event registrants.

Alternatively if you need to find the registrants from the Live Event Registration entity, edit that and go to the Registrations tab.

Downloading Registrants

When you view the registrant list using either method above, there is a link at the bottom of the table to download the list of registrants.

This link will take you to a download page from here you shouldn't need to change anything and should be able to scroll to the bottom and press Download.

Customising Download Columns

If you need to change the columns on your registrant download, before clicking to Download your list you'll need to edit the columns ticked in the Column Options block. Here you can tick and untick any depending on what you require.

For reference view the default options here for downloading registrants in-case you need to reset anything after you've tried to customise your download.

MI

If using a video, set it to use a Live Event player. This way all the MI will already be available in Retool.

Masterclass live event views

If you need the Live views for a Masterclass to be recorded against a specific player, please make sure to set that player in the video record. But also remember to remove this player after the live event otherwise all normal views will be recorded against it as well.

Alternatively, go to the Registrants tab, then go to sub tab called Viewers. This will show you anyone who viewed the event whilst it was scheduled as a live event. It shows anyone who watched it during the start and end time of the event.
