Depending on your query, you may need to contact the Data Team. The goal of this document is to show you how to best contact the Data Team to ensure that you get the most prompt response.

  • GDS client or video report requests
  • MI reports
  • Registration queries
  • Ad-hoc audience profiling or analysis
  • Queries regarding Zoho products, including CRM, Analytics, Voice, and Flow.

  • Date ranges that any analysis applies to
  • Client or site IDs
  • URLs which may be relevant to your query
