Contacting Us

When contacting us please try to give us as much information as possible about the issue including:

  • Your operating system and version (ie Windows 10 or Mac OS 10.15.3)
  • Your browser including version (ie Google Chrome 79.0.3945.130 (Official Build) (64-bit))
  • The URL of the page or video you were trying to access
  • Describe what you were trying to do, what the expected outcome was and what the actual outcome was
  • Be sure to include screenshots of any error messages, including the URL in the address bar if possible.

By including all this information it will help us address your issue as quickly as possible.

Technical Troubleshooting

Sometimes we are unable to replicate specific issues you may be having with Asset TV sites or players. In this case we may ask you to send us additional information from your browsers error console. Full instructions on how to do this can be found here.

On rare occasions we may also ask you for a HAR file, full instructions on how to do this can be found here.
